In his role of President/CEO of Mechanical & Control Services, Inc, Travis is responsible for leading and developing the long-term strategy for the organization. Travis brings a vast knowledge, leadership, and passion necessary to fuel the continued growth, development and success of Mechanical & Control Services, Inc. Believing in the idea of surrounding himself with talented and passionate team members, allowing them to perform at their best each and every day. He has received several notable achievements since MCS’s establishment. In 2009 and 2010 Travis was selected as a recipient for the Puget Sound Business Journal 40 under 40 award. He currently sits on the ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington) Board of Directors as the Immediate Past Chair.

As Chief Financial Officer, Angela works closely with members of our leadership team to support MCS’ strategic direction. She supervises all financial operations for MCS, manages all banking and insurance relationships and oversees Human Resources functions. Before joining MCS, Angela worked in several finance and operational leadership roles during her fourteen years at Group Health Cooperative. Angela earned her MBA from the University of Washington. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Accounting from Saint Martin’s University.

A founding member of MCS, Inc. Ted has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. His experience, leadership, and development of design/build projects, retrofits, & construction management, has provided MCS with good solid best practices to be implemented in every construction or special project.

As project executive, John is responsible for overseeing design, permitting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry working on multi-million dollar projects down to small tenant improvements. Timeliness and efficiency are qualities that John brings to the team.

John joined MCS in July of 2017. John works with our Project Team to assist in the design, management, and permitting of projects for our customers. He has a degree in the field of engineering and is passionate about providing innovative customer solutions.

Lisa joined the MCS Team in 2010. With over 12 years in real estate and property management industry, she has added knowledge and perspective to the team as well as helping to build the maintenance programs for MCS customers. Educating, understanding and ultimately assisting customers in making the best decisions for their assets. Representing MCS in several real estate organizations, she serves on committees and is an active participant of these groups to support the industry.

Bonnie has been part of the MCS team since June of 2020. She started her career in HVAC in 2007 where she began fine tuning her skill set. Over the last 13 years, she has focused on building strong interpersonal relationships and mastering the fine art of client satisfaction. She brings with her a strong background in service operations, business development, and account management. Bonnie is driven in working from within for the betterment of clients, coworkers, and MCS.

Joining our team in May 2020, Nick brings forward-thinking and results-oriented Management Leadership with profit and loss responsibility as well as proven expertise in the implementation of best practices to stimulate continuous improvement. Danelle joined MCS in March of 2017. She has a background in government, legal, human resources, and event management. Danelle enjoys finding ways to streamline procedures to improve efficiencies creating a smoother process both for the company and the customer.

Bobbie joined MCS in 2018. She came to join us after a short break from 20+ years of upper retail management. During that break, she found a passion for volunteering at the local schools and for the community. She has remained an active volunteer and chair for many events. With this experience, Bobbie possesses excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and bookkeeping skills which make her a great asset to our team. Bobbie also holds an associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Retail Sales.

Ellie joined the MCS team with over 10 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, scheduling, logistics, and dispatch. With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Ellie has filled the role of service coordinator seamlessly. Ellie’s primary goal is ensuring our customers are taken care of and feel like a priority. In her daily interactions with MCS clientele, Ellie continues to prove how well equipped she is to prioritize our service schedule while building and maintaining the meaningful customer relationships that we value so much.
