MCS has developed free HVAC classes, designed for Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Facility Managers, Owners, Developers and anyone interested in learning about mechanical systems. Knowing your mechanical systems and how they operate is important to make informed decisions regarding your valuable assets. Each course gives you the basic mechanical information on specific equipment and necessary tools to effectively control costs, anticipate problems and manage tenant concerns.
